Architecture and design
Nellis Architecture is an architect firm in Dubai for ultra-luxurious villas and exceptional investment projects. As villa architects in Dubai, we design new-build villas and renovations on Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Bay Island and Palm Jebel Ali, and in Abu Dhabi on Saadiyat and Nareel Island. We also design homes in Greece and Sierra Leone.
How we work
We begin with how a client lives: how a family moves through a home, how they gather, how they want to feel at the end of a long day. A portfolio shows what a firm has done. What a client chooses is how the firm will think about their home.
Architecture, interior design and landscape develop together from the first sketch. Structure and interior are one decision, so columns move to the perimeter and volumes appear where they are needed. Lighting, climate control and acoustics are part of the architecture, not additions.
Designed for Dubai
The climate shapes every decision. We map how light moves across the plot from morning to evening, and we choose stone, timber and metal for how they respond to salt air, humidity and sun. Thermal comfort is part of the architecture from the first day.
From concept to completion
We do not hand over a set of drawings and step away. Many of the most important decisions happen on site, so we stay close to each project through construction and protect the design as it becomes real.
