Scottish and United Kingdom registered Master Architect, RIBA Chartered Architect (since 2009),RIAS Chartered Architect (since 2009),and UK Registered Architect (ARB) (since 2009) is theowner and founder of Nellis Architecture.
After spending 14 years in Dubai acquiring deep regional knowledge and a total of 18 years of international experience, Lee Nellis founded Nellis Architecture in 2023. A strong reputation precedes Lee,and he is very well-known, connected and highly respected in the market. Lee’s referrals and recommendations from clients and colleagues alike are frequently received via word-of-mouth. True to his Scottish heritage, Lee Nellis stands at the helm of this global company, steering its path, with a keen focus on creating bespoke, ultra-luxurious uber-villas, exclusive hospitality developments and valuable investment residences worldwide.
