Breakwater

For Breakwater, our design challenge was to renovate a unique developer-owned property, transforming it into a luxury residence that meets the standards and needs of today's market. This villa showcases a stunning travertine-clad façade with light timber accents, highlighted by an impressive double-height recessed entrance cove with a striking 5-meter-high sky door.

Upon entering the foyer, residents are greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the sea as they then explore the spacious living and dining areas that flow seamlessly onto a generous rear terrace. Here, an infinity pool stretches nearly the entire length of the property, acting as a backdrop for a cosy sunken seating area complete with a fire pit and an outdoor cinema, perfect for gatherings and entertaining.

Inside, Breakwater features a large family TV lounge and an executive study with a private entrance, providing enhanced comfort and convenience. Most of the bedrooms feature private balconies, offering serene retreats for relaxation. On the roof, a versatile multipurpose space provides endless possibilities, making it ideal for a wide range of activities and gatherings.
