As Phase 2 of the Evergreens masterplan, Evergreens Hotel was envisioned as a seamless extension of both the landscape and the surrounding villa community it serves. Set against the lush backdrop of Hyderabad’s eucalyptus forests, the exotic Evergreens Hotel is a terraced eco-retreat that honours the natural contours of its site.

Guests enter at street level and descend gradually through the property, following a tiered architectural rhythm that mirrors the natural topography and unveils panoramic views of the forests. Designed as a west-facing U-shaped structure, the Hotel cradles a sunken central courtyard anchored by a cascading pool that flows into a T-shaped lap pool.

Built using locally sourced materials and fully Vastu-compliant, the 30-suite hotel champions wellness and sustainability in both its indoor-outdoor design and philosophy. Green gardens weave through the terraces, courtyards, and rooftop bar, creating a tranquil, immersive guest experience.

A dedicated clubhouse bridges the balance between private villa living and hotel hospitality, reinforcing Evergreen Hotel’s identity as a sanctuary for health, community, and conscious living. Amenities include a multipurpose conference room, two restaurants, a gym and spa, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, squash and padel courts, a cinema, a games room, and a rooftop cocktail bar.
