The Orel project is a perfect case study for rehabilitating, repurposing and redeveloping unused land, transforming a vacant parcel into a thriving agricultural farm that operates efficiently on a commercial scale while also providing tranquil spaces of serene beauty as a tourist destination. The objective from the outset was to establish an eco-farm that operates on a commercial scale while also providing facilities and accommodations for tourists.
In essence, Orel will cultivate sunflowers for oil extraction and, to enhance the land's viability, diversify with a variety of vegetable crops and an Orangery. Given the farm's stunning natural landscape, the owner decided to further develop the property offering by adding a guesthouse, ten standalone chalets, a greenhouse, a horse stable, a café, and tennis courts.

Revitalising the plot, these additions will offer visitors a range of engaging activities and experiences during their stay. The crowning feature of the project will be the construction of the owner's private villa, nestled within a serene forest and overlooking a picturesque man-made lake.
Each structure will be functional, aesthetically appealing to guests and, importantly, to the client, embodying the essence of farm life.
